Pickup was at 6:25pm. I got my cookies at 6:45. Why would I even bother preordering? Waiting 20 minutes for something I preordered is not okay.
My wife and I order from the app which comes from this location. The past 3x we ordered, our cookies were hard, not soft and gooey. I mean how can you mess up cookies? I've never met someone who likes hard cookies. Corporate was nice enough to give us vouchers the past 3x but co'mon fix the problem don't ignore it. So we stopped ordering from the app, because this is the closest location that will fulfill our order, so we avoid this location. Don’t go here from 9pm-10pm. Sign and google says they close at 10pm, showed up at 9:30, lady didn’t even look up while sweeping. So i guess they close earlier than 10pm
We entered this location and a Caucasian family was in front of us. The Indian lady helped them and as she finished helping them an Indian man that walked in 3-5 mins after me and mine, looked at the Indian lady a certain way, gave her an odd nod and she bypassed helping me and my family to helping him. Cookies were okay but we were waiting at the register for 15+ minutes and then when he finally got up he was not very nice. Just very slow, no efficiency what so ever, poor service.
