Honestly the cookies were mid at best and for a price like that? No way. The service was also bad and to top it off, the bottles of milk are these little tiny bottles and very overpriced. The truffles were flat out bad. There are way better cookie shops in terms of flavor - I won’t likely be back. It felt like a ripoff for what I got how rude the workers were. I’ll stick to Great American and Insomnia.

This location already doesn't bake the best treats that we have had from Tiffs, but today they delivered a horrible batch of over baked and crunchy cookies and refused to refund them multiple times via phone call and email. No, I am not a customer that has had tons of refunds from these people either. Offering a re-delivery is nice, but paying customers should have the option of a refund. First time ordering and likely my last: I ordered my wife the Mother’s Day box online before arriving in store Sunday to pick it up. At first I was going to do curbside pickup but after waiting 5 minutes for a confirmation to come through I just decided I’d go in myself. So, I took my son and his car seat out and lugged it in. I get in to see there’s 3 people in the front (there’s only one register) and a bunch more in the back making boxes.
