Very friendly staff and great cookies. I got a dozen oatmeal raisin and my mom loved them.
Cookies and brownies looked amazing. Wish someone would have come to take my money and give me the cookies and brownies. They did not however, so I stood there a while and then left.
The cookies are always fresh and delicious, and packing instructions are followed; however, the curbside service is inconsistent. On my last two visits, I used the link for curbside pickup and was advised it was unavailable. Upon entry to the store, there was only one customer who was seated and already served, so it's puzzling to understand why the pickup service was not available. Both times, the same person was working. I never have this issue at the OST location.
Love this location! Cookies are warm and taste phenomenal.
