The cookies are always fresh and delicious, and packing instructions are followed; however, the curbside service is inconsistent. On my last two visits, I used the link for curbside pickup and was advised it was unavailable. Upon entry to the store, there was only one customer who was seated and already served, so it's puzzling to understand why the pickup service was not available. Both times, the same person was working. I never have this issue at the OST location.
Love this location! Cookies are warm and taste phenomenal.

Some of the cookies are good some are average. The store is always empty and has little variety. The workers I've dealt with are nice tho, so thats a plus.
Always good, warm, and fresh! I've had various types of cookies over the years. The latest was the golden Dubai and chocolate chip with ice cream. So relish! Highly recommend.
