I've been a loyal Tiff's Treats customer for years, and this was the first time I ever had an issue with an order. Unfortunately, my order was accidentally overlooked, and I never received it or any communication about the delay. While I was disappointed, what really impressed me was how the team handled the situation. They took full responsibility, sincerely apologized, delivered my original order, included a free pint of ice cream, and even gave me two coupons for a free dozen cookies as a gesture of goodwill.
