Heard alot of good stuff about Tiffs. Got a surprise bag. It was cookies. They were ok. Also bought a brownie while I was there. Wasn't impressed with brownie at all. Way to expensive. Not much to chose from either.
I’m someone who usually leaves positive reviews, but when an experience is bad, it needs to be said—and this was bad. During my visit, a manager (younger woman) was openly arguing with an older employee in front of customers. It wasn’t just a quick correction—it was a full, uncomfortable confrontation that escalated to the point of discussing the employee potentially being fired, all within earshot of everyone in the store. Just received cookies from Tiff's Treats from our daughter. A sweet anniversary gift. They were delivered warm and delicious.
Wrong order given after waiting for 20 minutes for pickup. Would not recommend.
