When I placed my 6 cookie order for my pregnant wife I was expecting a simple transaction between me and this business. Instead these people reached out to me to see how they could improve mine and my wife’s Valentine’s Day, and boy did they. They went absolutely out of their way to treat us and make us feel special. Even besides the MANY extra treats they gave us they made sure everything was done timely and amazingly. I cannot recommend this location enough, do yourself a favor.
Jack Weir, the assistant store manager, is great at recommendations! He is so nice! Me and my partner love coming to the Grand Prairie store because of the fast service! The quality of the cookies never disappoints and is always fresh the customer service is always superior!
