Picked up an order to help out a friend and her business. The lady behind the counter was extremely polite, welcoming, and friendly. I wish they made a candle that smelled like the store. Parking was easy, and the transaction was quick. Thanks!
Update: I was contacted by customer service who was very receptive to my review. Great customer service. They made things right. Upgrading from 3 to 5 stars. I love Tiffs Treats. Don’t order too often and am new to the app. I noticed the $10/dozen pick up and went to the shop. There was one employee present. I love their cookies and brownies and want to enjoy them before we move out of Dallas area into another state. I ordered cookies through Uber app and have it delivered to my house. A dozen oatmeal raisin cookies and a dozen chocolate chip cookies for over $30 bucks. When I received them, I only received 6 oatmeal cookies and 6 chocolate chip cookies and that means only received one dozen cookies. What a rip off. Never ordering cookies again.
