Absolute piece of hot garbage. I've had my appointment, scheduled for later today, for weeks for physical therapy following hand surgery. Oddly, starting 2 days ago, I started getting bombarded with multiple emails and phone calls alerting me that there was an earlier appointment time, and should I want it, I should call them.
