If I could give Zero stars, I would. How this place is even considered or called "one of the best in St. Lucie County" is ridiculous. My grandparents are here, only because it was at their request because they thought it would be the cheapest option. We have had issue after issue with them there. At one point, my poor grandfather developed a cancerous lesion on his chest and an infected sore; we would never had known about them had my stepfather not decided to give him a bath (because he hadn't been bathed in days) and notic... read more

Their neglect KILLED my father. I've never seen such incompetence in my life. Admin never hold the nurses on the floors accountable. Most (not all) nurses and CNA are liars and they want to do the absolute minimum work possible. The most common excuse we hear on the floor is "it's not my responsibility, it's not my shift". They have the worst communication between and they lie about everything. They deny wrong doing and blame the sick patient, even though we (the family) can attest to their lies.
Worst place ever. I don't know how they got these "good reviews" Staff hate working there and administration don't hold them accountable
