Their neglect KILLED my father. I've never seen such incompetence in my life. Admin never hold the nurses on the floors accountable. Most (not all) nurses and CNA are liars and they want to do the absolute minimum work possible. The most common excuse we hear on the floor is "it's not my responsibility, it's not my shift". They have the worst communication between and they lie about everything. They deny wrong doing and blame the sick patient, even though we (the family) can attest to their lies.

It is a no for my family. I wanted to love it because it’s so close to our home but my mother’s 12 hour stay was all bad. She was transferred from the pcu at HCA with a clear breakdown of her medication schedule. Upon arrival we inquired about her medication. I was told that we couldn’t administer hers that we had on hand. 3hrs later, still nothing. Before leaving for the night, I was told she’s in good hands. If it was possible to give a negative review i would. So many issues arose while my Mother was in this facility that were never truly addressed. A small bandaid was put on it and the wound just opened back up again. If you cannot sit there everyday with your loved one and watch what goes on i suggest you do not send them to this facility.
