We have gone from one nightmare to another, and I truly cannot understand why individuals choose to work in a profession when they clearly dislike what they do. My grandmother was transferred to this facility, and although I tried to remain hopeful, those hopes were quickly crushed within the first week as everything began to decline. Great experience, staff was kind and attentive. When it was time to bring my auntie home therapy , nursing and social services made it easy. Thank you to all the staff

One of the best facilities in St Lucie county. The care is amazing and the staff treats pts like family. I was impressed in the level of attentiveness by all of staff and administration. Would recommend to everyone for both long-term care as well as rehab.

I've never seen such incompetence in my life. Admin never hold the nurses on the floors accountable. Most (not all) nurses and CNA are liars and they want to do the absolute minimum work possible. The most common excuse we hear on the floor is "it's not my responsibility, it's not my shift". They have the worst communication between and they lie about everything. They deny wrong doing and blame the sick patient, even though we (the family) can attest to their lies.
