Bad customer service
Tierra Sol is a pleasure to work with and is very fashion forward with their tile.... Our rep Kristi H is amazing. She is the only rep that comes to see our company on a consistent basis. Bad return policy, and environmental care. Their policy disallows ANY returns of even full cases of tiles after 30 days. Renovations are complex, and often take longer than planned. The Silly Policy means people throw excess tiles into the garbage, and they get trucked to the city landfill. What a waste of tiles shipped from Italy or elsewhere!
