Was great before Yolanda. Marco the area director has issues telling the truth. We took our son out when 3 people quit on the same day for safety reasons.
We love seeing our son to Tierra Encantada! We've been there for 6 months and don't have any plans to leave. The teachers are sweet and the staff is professional.
absolutely horrible experience with Maria. She kept yelling at my kid and making him cry. I am paying a lot of money to have my kid in this caretaker just for him to be treated badly by the teacher.
The staff here has been so kind and loving to our sons! Their adoration and caring is so much warmer than any daycare center I've seen. The facility itself is very clean and nice, there is always someone cleaning the floors and surfaces around the building. Extremely impressed with Ms. Yasmin - she is an incredible early childhood educator and makes learning so fun. Honestly and truly, this has been the best daycare experience I could’ve ever had as a first time mom to twins! Everyone is so friendly from the Director, Ms. Yolonda, to the infant teachers, Maria and Isabel, and the support staff (shout out Ms. Minnie!). I never have to worry if my boys are being well taken care of.
