We had a horrible experience with our daughter who was in the infant classroom. The teachers were great for what tools they were given, which isn't much. Very empty classrooms with very little stimulus toys to help occupy the children in the classroom. It honestly felt like more of a holding cell. We gave it a solid go for about a month. Our daughter hated going every day, constant tears at drop off and the only updates we would get is how much she cried all day. We love and recommend Tierra Encantada. The communication with the new app is amazing. The daily and constant updated make me feel as a mother happy and relieved to see my baby happy there. I love how all the staff knows each baby and their needs. Last but not least, Miss Yulissa is an incredible teacher and our boy loves her!
I love the staff at TE. They really seem to care about my daughter, and I can tell she loves them right back. I love the updates I get during the day about how she is doing via LineLeader app, and I love that there is intention in the daily curriculum even with the infants and toddlers. We love Tierra Encantada for our 1 year old. We have had our daughter enrolled in the program since they opened. We really appreciate the cleanliness, fresh food and care they provide for our daughter, as well as the Spanish immersion aspect. The price is also reasonable. They are quick to communicate with me — I get calls or updates from them frequently if anything arises. You can tell that the educators care for the children, especially Miss Yolanda, Miss Leslie and Miss Maria. Keep it up!
