We worked with Tierney Stauffer LLP on a personal injury case. Initially, the process took time because of the many medical documents required from doctors as well as additional appointments, x-rays, etc. Throughout it all, Susan and Jennifer were professional, patient, and always took the time to explain the process. Once the decision was made to settle, everything moved smoothly and quickly. We are grateful for their guidance and would recommend this firm without hesitation.

What a nightmare. I called to say that my partner has an urgent case. An intake officer takes his info and says someone will be in touch soon. Two days later, I had to follow up and they said “oh sorry, I’ll need his info again.” And again they never replied. My partner had to represent himself at a work hearing. Run, folks.

Horrible law firm. No idea how they are a 4.9 Edit: I was 100% a client, but you guys definitely don't take client complaints seriously. I voiced concerns for months and months, and no one addressed anything. I ended up leaving for a new firm, who treats their people much better and they are much more organized.

I would highly recommend Susan Mitchell from Tierney Stauffer LLP. Having never been injured in a collision previously, Susan was instrumental in guiding me through the process of my claim from beginning to successful conclusion. Her hard work and diligence coupled with her caring and understanding greatly reduced my stress levels throughout the process.
