In my opinion instructing Phil Tiernan was one of the worst decisions I have made. Tiernan failed to follow my instructions, failed to adhere to the courts timeline for lodging of documents. He instructed a Barrister without ever supplying a costs agreement in relation to same. He took funds from my trust account to pay for that Barrister without my approval or knowledge.
