Tier One is the best thing that happened to me in a long time. My therapist, Marissa Tafuri, has guided me to strengthen my core and relieve back pain very successfully. She did it by watching unobtrusively, gently correcting as needed, always with care, understanding and kindness. She is simply the best! The entire Tier One staff is friendly, cajoling with each other, providing a great atmosphere. it is a pleasure going there.
