Tier One Physical Therapy in Narragansett is excellent! The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to patient care. When I began working with Sebastian Valdes, PT, DPT, I could barely stand for more than a few minutes due to intense knee pain, poor balance, and weakness in both legs—lingering effects of injuries I sustained while serving in the military over a decade ago. Tier One is the best thing that happened to me in a long time. My therapist, Marissa Tafuri, has guided me to strengthen my core and relieve back pain very successfully. She did it by watching unobtrusively, gently correcting as needed, always with care, understanding and kindness. She is simply the best! The entire Tier One staff is friendly, cajoling with each other, providing a great atmosphere. it is a pleasure going there.
