We had an amazing experience with Tier 1 Moving Company! From start to finish, their communication was top-notch. They kept us informed every step of the way—letting us know their arrival time, sending pictures of items they were concerned about due to fragility, and providing updates on how much was left to load in the truck. I wish there were a NO stats button! We're an active duty military family. I'm the service member and my husband is a disabled vet, making it hard for us to move ourselves. The day our movers were scheduled they canceled on us, which delayed our travels across country with three kids, the movers when they got there seemed fine and things were okay at first. I had to move out of my apartment under short notice. This was back in July. I called them on a Saturday. They made arrangements and were available Sunday morning. They were able to take apart my platform bed. They had everything packed up and moved into my storage unit quickly. Pricing was great and they provided great customer service! I will definitely utilize their services again!
