Tier 1 may be a small private clinic, but they have all of the diagnostic tools and equipment you will need. The lead therapist, Vincent, has various areas of expertise and delivers unmatched 1:1 care. This place is a hidden gem. If you are looking for high quality 1:1 care for yourself of a loved one, this is it.
After an injury caused by a very traumatic motorcycle accident, my home service physical therapist highly recommended Vincent DiPersia of Tier 1 PT. She was right. Vincent is the very best PT I have ever had. He has a plethora of instruments to help him visualize any injury and he explains to any degree requested exactly what he is doing and why. He will take videos of exercises he wants you to do. My injuries are gone now, in large part to his skills. This is where you want to go.
Dr. Dipersia is the best Physical Therapist you will ever find. He is extremely knowledgeable and effective. I don't like medication, and you won't need it if you start seeing him. He is a top expert at relieving pain naturally. His staff is also so friendly and nice!
