I would give Traci 10 stars but she wouldn't let me !! She and her team were , and are absolutely amazing !! ...after being sold like a brainless , no rights having steer to the absolute WORST bank on the planet , before the 1st payment was even due... sold without a say to phh bank , God awful company , and no longer do o feel the same way about tidewater... I will never choose them again
