⭐☆☆☆☆ My experience with Tidewater Motor Credit has been highly disappointing. The company appears to lack empathy and compassion when working with customers, particularly during challenging circumstances. Communication felt rigid, and there was little willingness to consider reasonable solutions or provide flexibility. If i could give this "company" negative stars I would. This company is a horrible company and will try and screw you over, report falsely to credit and tack on "late payments" that were never late just to get more money out of you or simply behave in a vindictive manner. They are aggressive and have attitudes as if they are a big good named company but really a crap company that takes advantage of people. I own my home. I got a letter from them addressed to my mother who does not even live here nor has any mail connections to my home. They claim she has property she needs to claim. I’m launching an investigation into them. They are red flags at every turn. Do not associate with them. Even if this is a marketing strategy, my information as well as my mother’s were shared and somehow connected. That would point to abuse of information. Do not allow a company who does this to be applied to your life. It won’t end well.
