The customer service is equivalent to garbage! Update 10/27 STILL GARBAGE!!!! I can’t stand them!!! UPDATE: 3/28/2025 THEY ARE STILL TRASH! Worse customer service ever! From the sounds of things the people answering the phone don’t even have a car! Every single one of them sound Illiterate!!!!!
This company is a scam company they file a lawsuit against me and never sent anything to and on top of that I never received a loan through them. Now I’m being garnished for this bullshit saying I owed them 7500 now I’m being garnished for 10k comments and I haven’t haven’t had a car loan since I file for bankruptcy 4 years ago and haven’t had one with them
Horrible customer service the customer service representatives do not know what they’re talking about and their supervisors are just as stupid
Terrible experience. Had a car for 2 yrs after filling bankruptcy then it was totaled out in a accident. They added on so much interest that I still owe after full coverage and gap insurance.
Not a great finance company at all. Did they come through when i needed a car after filing bankruptcy, sure. However, if you ever need help they won’t. Even if you call them being proactive letting them know that you can’t pay it on the due date & you give them a date within a reasonable timeframe. They will STILL call, text, email you every single day AFTER you already told them when you will make the payment.
