Lack of communication, taxes never completed. Never told we got an extension. Nothing.
No communication after she gets your paperwork. Told ne my taxes where file find out no taves filed after six months later. Refuse to give me my paperwork back and refuse any type of communication. Also made a post on Easton Happenings as well. Be aware. Nightmare
Had a unique tax situation and instead of just telling me she couldn’t do it she strung me along and lied in my face whilst never completing my taxes. If she couldn’t do the job she should’ve been honest and now I’m responsible for late fees because of her. Very disappointing.
