Tidemark Federal Credit Union, in Long Neck Delaware, has an exceptional employee named Georgina. I had an issue with a credit card being denied January 2, 2025. Upon entering Tidemark, Georgina met me with a cherry “Hello” then proceeded to listen to my problem. The resolution needed a managers decision so she contacted one right away.
