The Absolute worst customer service I ever dealt with. Different branches have different rules. JAYDE AT LONGNECK is a detriment to that bank. She has the worst attitude from top to bottom. Why would you keep this type? They went from bad to beyond worse. Just wanted to get duplicate card which I have done more than once but today huh... new rule at longneck. Can't get it at longneck but I can in lewes. So much more... makes me sick BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.. GO TO ANY OTHER BANK. THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO RUN THIS ONE.
Tidemark Federal Credit Union, in Long Neck Delaware, has an exceptional employee named Georgina. I had an issue with a credit card being denied January 2, 2025. Upon entering Tidemark, Georgina met me with a cherry “Hello” then proceeded to listen to my problem. The resolution needed a managers decision so she contacted one right away. The whole process took approximately 30 minutes to resolve and Georgina made trips over to where I was sitting to keep me updated on the status of the issue.
