Been to 100's of credit unions using their ATM with no fee since I belong to Navy Federal Credit union except Tidemark charges. No other has ever charged
Tidemark in Long Neck Delaware is the WORST and most unprofessional bank because of Jayde and Georgina. Both their attitudes and unprofessionalism is causing us after today to pull all our money out and switch banks. Possible internal investigate and we are going to edit the review. We are pulling all our money today because of the latest comments they have made towards us today. We were only there for only professional business!
LONG STORY SHORT. THE 2 STAFF MEMBERS- JAYDE AND GEORGINA WERE FRIENDLY AT THE START BUT THEN OVER TIME THE FRIENDLINESS GOT TO FRIENDLY AND I WAS GETTING CALLS ON MY PERSONAL PHONE NUMBER ETC BUT THE SNIDE REMARKS AND GENERAL LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM WENT TO FAR THAT I LEFT THE BANK THE OTHER DAY B.C OF THINGS SAID BY GEORGINA AND REOPENED A ACCOUNT AT A NEARBY BANK- COMMUNITY BANK. My husband and I opened a new account at the Millsboro branch. Ms. Georgina and Jade were very welcoming and helpful. Ms. Titiana did a great job processing both in office and online and we look forward to doing all our business at Tidemark. Thank you!
The Absolute worst customer service I ever dealt with. Different branches have different rules. JAYDE AT LONGNECK is a detriment to that bank. She has the worst attitude from top to bottom. Why would you keep this type? They went from bad to beyond worse. Just wanted to get duplicate card which I have done more than once but today huh... new rule at longneck. Can't get it at longneck but I can in lewes. So much more... makes me sick BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.. GO TO ANY OTHER BANK. THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO RUN THIS ONE.
