There should be no reason why during the holidays the machines are low on cash to dispense.
Just arrived near closing time and the person in the bank looked at me, locked the door and walked away. I raced from work to try to get here from the hospital. I understand wanting to close on time but to do it when someone is walking up and you see them is very rude. My initial visit was very similar, with initial customer greeting dismissive and rude. I will note, I have had a very nice experience at the Seaford branch.
Very disappointing experience. This isn’t my personal bank, but the one my company uses for its business account. The customer service has consistently been poor, staff members seem reluctant to assist customers and often direct you to use the ATM for even simple deposit needs.
