About 2 years ago Mr. Ruiz helped me with a car loan. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I have always had good experiences with this bank and will continue working with them for the time being.

great experience at this location, came in for some advice and dealt with the branch manager. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely continue to visit and refer business there when i have the opportunity to do so!
Awful bank to try to get a heloc (equity line of credit). The manager changes his story so often that i had to have him do everything through email because I felt he could not keep his story straight. A heloc when you own your home outright should takes 30 days. It took 60 days for me to get approval. Don’t deal with the branch manager if you bank there. Just forewarning anyone and trying to save someone else from the situation that i was in. Please use another bank before this one.
