Our experience at TideCo was a long one. Picking out our furniture was great, we found exactly what we wanted and ordered it that day. Because of Covid we waited and waited for our furniture. We got mad and frustrated. Then once the furniture came in our date for having it delivered was pushed back because the delivery driver got Covid. Day of delivery, we got a call that our loveseat was messed up. I had water damage in August which resulted in me needing to get new bedroom furniture. I knew exactly what I wanted (Bolanburg queen bed and chest),and placed the order. In December, I received all but the footboard of my bed (so really can't put my bed together- the headboard was propped up against the wall), but was happy with the mattress suggestion and my adjustable base that I ended up adding on. I went to 4 other furniture before I decided to go here. Austin got me a great deal on a sectional and he even took the time to make sure it would fit where I was going to put it.
Unbelievable.. since May 08, 2021, we are still waiting on our sectional. Blame everything on Covid... we are sick of hearing it....
