I purchased a gangway from Tide Tamer through my dock builder. Within a year the screws that hold the walkway down on the gangway started breaking off. Only on a couple of the cross supports. Looks to be a manufacturing error in the length of screws or the design. Tide Tamer refuses to repair or replace the gangway. I like the looks and functionality of the gangway but the defect I am experiencing is why I leave a two star review.

Best and least expensive place to purchase a PWC or boat lift (factory direct).
