Went over to their Vaughan location as the North York location was closed; spoke with Dror who gave me the possible options in which they would approach my case in court based on the information I provided about my ticket. Fast forward to a year later where I hear back to good news with my ticket being withdrawn. Appreciated the periodic updates as well in regards to the status of my ticket, Tickets will be very cordial when it comes to keeping their clients up to date.
