Got pulled over for 137 kmph on the 401 in Napanee when the limit was still 100 kmph. Sam was able to get the case dismissed. Don’t know what he does or how he does it but he’s clearly an expert and knows what he is doing. Kept me updated throughout the process and didn’t even charge me until the matter was fully resolved.
