Go to literally anyone else. I paid them around $600 over a year ago, my ticket has been open for over a year, i now have yet another court date because they can't handle the simplest tickets. And I've called them multiple times and get told the same thing every time, I'll get a call back, have I? No.
Just got off the phone with her about a ticket I got from a camera she told me it straight just pay. super nice on the phone

I’ve been coming to Lisa for many years and every time she has came through. She’s pleasant and very authentic, doesn’t tell you what you want to hear she gives it to you straight which I very much appreciate. She explores all options available to help even if there’s another way you can do it at a lower cost she gives you that option as well. Will continue to do business with her
