Susan “Sue” is incredibly disrespectful. As an office manager she acts rudely towards clients and will hang up on you if she does not like the direction that the phone call is going. I understand that places are overworked and understaffed but treating people with crude attitude is not the way to go. I have seen several reviews expressing similar distaste towards her. It’s unfortunate that there is not a formal grievance process where we can file our experiences
If i can put a negative star i would...paid 150 bucks to Sue at ticket Doctor, to handle a seat belt ticket for me...received a letter in the mail a month and a half later stating I failed to show up to court on 2 different occasions...went to court to handle it on my own ,clerk told me I have no lawyer retained for my case...plead guilty since it carries no points and I just wanted to get this over with...called Sue and was told I will not be getting a refund...Sue is rude and obnoxious and, I will never deal with them agai... read more
