Worst company I have ever dealt with and would not take free tickets from them.
I ordered tickets from Ticket Boat and got my tickets in 2 days. They were quick and friendly. I knew they were a secondary seller so I expected my tickets to be above face value. I was very surprised when I got my tickets and the price I paid was less then face value. I would have been happy to pay above face value because I really wanted these tickets. I will for sure use them again!!!
Don't buy tickets through Ticket boat. They run a scam. Today I purchased some MLB tickets and printed my purchase order receipt only to receive a phone call from Ticketboat 2-hours later saying they voided my COMPLETED transaction. Apparently the tickets were already sold before I purchased them. Huh??? Now I am worried about my $250 supposed purchase(got credit 4-days later). Fair Secondary Market Seller! – Sadly, some people dont understand the secondary ticket market. I got tickets to a sold out show from the box office... Sure I paid more than face value, but it was worth it at the time of purchase! taken advantage of – I paid 530 bucks for tickets that had face value for 160. Naturally I called because there was a mark up 350%. I almost cried when i saw the face value (nothing like i expected). Customer service pretty much told me to pound sand. Please please please be aware that you will readily be able to find tickets for much less than half of what you will pay. Same Day Cheap Play-Off Tickets! Ticket Boat is the BEST! – These guys got me tickets and into the playoffs on the same day! I got the tickets for less than I had thought I could too! It was quick, good service and I plan on using Ticket Boat as my direct ticket guys every time!! I suggest everyone uses these guys for tickets to anything.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE – Upon contacting the manager of Ticketboat to finalize my ticket purchase, he stated that he would not accept my offer. I recommended that the store policy states that they can decline offers, and he yelled at me stating that I should not tell him how to do his job. He also stated that I should "Enjoy the game, baby." He then proceeded to hang up on me. I have never been treated so poorly. NEVER BUY FROM TICKETBOAT!!
Great Service – Awesome follow through with awesome seats. I would do business witrh these guys anytime. The seats are awesome.
