Ben has you, immediately, feeling appreciated and cared for. His people skills are very apparent showing such compassion, interest, and understanding having you feel so comfortable from the get go. It is also apparent how devoted to his family he is. We were taken with how professional he is but also being so personable and how easy to talk to and ask questions of. We've always had taxes simple enough to file ourselves, until this year. Ben was not only able to handle our complex tax filing, but walked us through to ensure everything was just right.
