INTEGRITY. Dropped by with a watch that was not operating/working. Presumed that a battery replacement was in order. A gentleman by the name of Harry offered me assistance. Harry actually gave me a quick lesson on how my watch operated. Evidently the "kinetic" portion of the watch, meant that "movement (ie the watch swinging back and forth, while wearing ) was necessary, to essentially keep the "capacitor(I believe that's the name of the internal part)" charged. Went in to get my watch battery replaced. Harry was in store to help me. He helped replace my battery and set the watch to the exact time and date quickly. Nice and friendly place. Highly recommend.

Take your watch to TicTime and ask for Harry. He fixed mine while I browsed around shops. Cleaned the case & strap and even went over the use at pick-up to make sure I don't come back for a while; Way better than my reading of the user manual! 5/5
