Very Professional I am not usually impressed by a Collection Agency, but Tiburon called me on a debt that I owe and they were so professional I wanted to post my opinion about them. They took the time and listened to me without putting me down. We talked about a solution to clear my debt. Once we agreed, Tiburon was going to call me back and finalize the details to help me. They actually called back and I was able to begin clearing up my bad debt. I wish other agencies were like them.
