Outstanding customer service.
First time ordering with them. Bad experience. They told us we would receive our expensive order on Wednesday and we didn’t. We found out at the end of the day that the delivery truck had a flat and that was by us calling and checking on the status. No one called us, barely apologized, and he said he’s pretty sure it will be there today (Thursday). I called first thing this morning, a truck has arrived but no cedar wood on it!
