Wonderful manaakitanga at Tiaki. The kaupapa of care, access and (relative) affordability is tangible. I come primarly for the Pilates classes, which are run by well qualified, engaged and empathetic instructors. Tiaki is a great Physio. Was treated there and felt better after the session with a well trained therapist. We managed to work out some of the things that were holding me back and I had great results within a few sessions.
