Drove for an hour to get to the Carmel, Indiana office only to find a sign taped to the door that says "by appointment only." This contradicts their office hours posted online. Grrr...
Horrible service. Can only move your investment once a month. That is total garbage. Shutting down this account asap. Look out for them. Phone service horrible, none of phone handles are educated in finances. MGMT was supposed to call me back two weeks ago. Notttt
