TIAA customer service and processing department have become horrible all the way to at least their Senior Customer Resolution Manager Stuart Hansen. I have been a TIAA customer for at least 25 years. They used to have excellent customer service. Last month, I tried to roll over some 401K money to a ROTH IRA. They did not process the request even after calling them every single day for 12 days, causing me about $4000 in tax losses. I wrote a letter to TIAA president complaining about it.
