The incompetence is stifling. The Zelle system for receiving payments from my tenants works at times and otherwise confounds them by refusing to receive payment. The account goes into a lock down mode and all the bank says is “the account is under review, we’ll get back to you in 2 to 3 days”. They have not. WARNING! Do not bank here!! Worse bank I’ve ever expecierenced. Tried holding 80k of my money!! had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with EverBank. My account was suddenly frozen for three days even though I provided all requested documentation, including bank statements and a death benefit letter verifying the source of funds.
