I have had a savings account at EverBank for over 1 year and just recently learned that there is a physical office closes to where I live in Fort Lauderdale. I was hesitant about a bank only open 9-5 Monday thru Friday at first with customer service only at that time but the weekday support and quality is unmatched I would never change banks now that I know the consistency only would be fitting for 24/7 support
Think twice before banking here and check out the reviews on this Bank on the review websites. Open an account hadn't been open long my money's in that account my social security check is going to that account and they said it would be for to 5 days under review so I won't be able to access my money to pay my bills or anything I should have read the reviews before the beginning with this Bank. Don't even have much money in the account I don't understand why it's under review.
