I was hesitant about a bank only open 9-5 Monday thru Friday at first with customer service only at that time but the weekday support and quality is unmatched I would never change banks now that I know the consistency only would be fitting for 24/7 support
Think twice before banking here and check out the reviews on this Bank on the review websites. Open an account hadn't been open long my money's in that account my social security check is going to that account and they said it would be for to 5 days under review so I won't be able to access my money to pay my bills or anything I should have read the reviews before the beginning with this Bank. Don't even have much money in the account I don't understand why it's under review.
Terrible fraud detection department. No help at all. My wife and I have 3 fraudulent charges on our checking account today, June 19, 2025. For over an hour we have called every number for Everbank on our cards, on the website and on the internet. All of them say no one will be available until Monday, June 23rd - that’s four days from today, giving the hackers plenty of time to extract more money from our account. And Everbank has the audacity to advertise 24/7 fraud services. That itself is fraud.
Opened a checking account with ever bank just for them to lock my account and freeze my money the very next business day and when I call they say they’re not opening accounts for anybody right now and the branch and woman who opened it should’ve known also the branch doesn’t answer just forwards you to their call center Freustrwted is an understatement
Horrible banking security & reps. Try it if you want but you might be better banking online lol.
