I thought they were giving me 4.45% for a year on savings. 5 months lather it down to 4.05%. Fifth Third is giving me 4.75% until 2/1/26 plus $450.00 for checking w/ direct deposit.
DO NOT GIVE THIS BANK YOUR MONEY!!. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO GET YOUR MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNTS.
My experience led me to feel they are unfriendly and unprofessional. They denied me a checking account after In I probided the paperwork required. They rudely stated they didn't accept me because they are a "Conservative Bank." I was dumfounded? I can only can only imagine they are prejudiced and assumed I'm gay because I rent from a woman.!!!!!! I'm not gay. I'm renting until my housing comes available. Think twice before banking here and check out the reviews on this Bank on the review websites. Open an account hadn't been open long my money's in that account my social security check is going to that account and they said it would be for to 5 days under review so I won't be able to access my money to pay my bills or anything I should have read the reviews before the beginning with this Bank. Don't even have much money in the account I don't understand why it's under review.
Some of the reviews herein for EverBank are not fair to them. If your application was denied there might be a good reason for it.
