WARNING!! Do not bank here! Froze my account with no reasoning with 80k inside of it. I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with EverBank. My account was suddenly frozen for three days even though I provided all requested documentation, including bank statements and a death benefit letter verifying the source of funds. Please don’t open an EVERBANK online account. They will STEAL your money, put you in fraud, put your account on hold for review and end the customer banking relationship with your hard earned money. I should’ve taken a snapshot of my computer screen and had no proof that I lost $450 they stole from me and only refunded me $71.00. Yes I contacted BBB and the consumer bank and still lost my case and money. Just because they have high interest to save in the end they are thieves.
