Wasted days on the phone with customer service just in attempt to set up a working account. Then made the mistake of transferring several grand after being told the issues would be resolved. Then NO JOKE, was told I am "suspicious" after calling yet again about ANOTHER issue. The woman told me I could not have an account with their bank. WHAT... now with my money in their hands I have to wait in hopes to get it back via mail.
Worst banking experience of my life. No wonder they try to bait you with high interest rates. Don't waste your time. If you want a high yield savings go with American Express. I've had them for years with zero customer service or website issues. The brief time I was with Everbank, that's all I seemed to have; issues with accessing my account online and the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!
Was on a flight with one of their corporate employees and they couldn't figure out how to plug a two-pronged outlet into a socket. Didn't exactly fill me with confidence.
I've been with EverBank for over 10 years and never had a problem, get good customer service over the phone and like the choices and flexibility of their accounts and services. but I'm a low maintenance person who just wanted to post my positive opinion. So do I ever go into the bank? No. all done over the phone or the internet. TT
Open an account hadn't been open long my money's in that account my social security check is going to that account and they said it would be for to 5 days under review so I won't be able to access my money to pay my bills or anything I should have read the reviews before the beginning with this Bank. Don't even have much money in the account I don't understand why it's under review.
