Update: Everbank because TIAA then back to Everbank - and the new Everbank is awful. The terms and conditions are the craziest I've ever seen and I bet they count on you not reading them. But pay attention to the last part - it says the bank can change their terms and conditions at any time and has no requirement to notify you. So you're agreeing to a contract that the other party can change and you just have to go along. Seriously, bank elsewhere. Whatever you do, do not use this bank. Pick anything else. I've had nothing but trouble with them. They are hard to reach and the customer service you do end up getting does more harm than good. They cancelled my card before even sending me the new one after a name change. I have no debit card until the new one comes because they "can't" fix it. Also called to get the (ridiculously difficult) name change form that's only available by call. And it took calling 3 separate times for someone to actually send me the correct form.... read more
