Super easy and quick notary service , thank you TI- ANNA
I hired Ti-Anna after free consultation call, I would not recommend her based on my experience. I was never provided with a retainer or clear breakdown for all the expected services, then unexpected charges were added later without proper agreement from my end. Communication was delayed, and I was chasing her to answer me. In July of 2024 I hired Ti Anna Hall, a paralegal at Genesis legal services. Gave her a retainer to start my application at the Landlords Tenant Board. Till this date she has not returned any of my calls and hasn't even submitted my claim. As of July 24/25. I cannot pursue this claim due to statute of limitations. I would stay very far from her and the firm. Better just apply on you own. Don't say I didn't warn anyone.
Ti-Anna is very knowledgeable. She helped me reach a resolution with another party and I felt well supported throughout the process. Would recommend her services!
Friendly service, very accommodating with scheduling. Answered all questions promptly, and provided accurate forms. Would recommend.
