I have gone to this store in solvang a few times. First, I had poor service both times due to the sales reps talking in a personal conversation and inappropriate language behind the desk without helping customers. I had to wait until I received service and the girl behind the counter said "what?" disrespectful. Second, my clothing shredded in the wash and they will not give cash credit only store credit, for a tourist town it is very unreasonable. The sale reps would not give me credit.
