had an absolute amazing experience all round, the customer service was anazing as they give you a private room to change into your robe, the massage itself was amazing and you can choose and adapt it to however you like best. I had Mr Tao for mine and he couldn’t have been better

Ms Yim was fantastic during my recent visit to Thy Spa. A highly skilled masseuse who made a world of a difference and left me feeling relaxed and free from all aches and pains. Highly recommend Thy Spa windsor and Ms Yim as a masseuse.
The most amazing experience. I had the pleasure of having my massage done by Ms. Yim and all I can say is wow - she took the time to make sure I was comfortable and that everything was okay and really took time to get the knots out my back and focus on areas that needed it the most. Thank you for an amazing experience!
Excellent as always been going to the establishment for almost year and it always gets better, amazing staff everyone is welcoming
