Me and my partner had a lovely first time buyer experience with the team at Knights, they were always friendly and answered our questions promptly. The purchase took a month more than expected, but this was due to their due diligence in ensuring that all documentation was correct. I would certainly use them again when purchasing a house.
I was disappointed with the service I received during the sale & purchase of my old & new houses. It was a rather frustrating experience, hampered by poor communication, poor standards of attention to detail across important documents & what felt like an impersonal & detached attitude. The quotes, bills and completion statements did not transparently correlate, were inconsistent and made checking the financial charges imposed difficult (which I felt I had to do as Id lost trust in them due to the poor attention to detail).
I was very pleased with the service provided by Louise Jones relating to the sale of our property, in particular her calm and assured advice regarding an unexpected Land Registry boundary discrepancy, and the ensuing delicate discussions we needed to have with our neighbour concerning the ownership of the land in question. I felt we were in safe hands from start to finish, which undoubtedly kept our stress levels to a minimum. I just want to say how grateful we are for the support given to us by Andrew Piggin and Morgan Brown in the sale and purchase of our house. From start to finish nothing but professional and patient, even at times when I could be "challenging with deadlines".
