For $200 you would expect a shoe to be able to stand up to daily wear without destroying the soles by simply walking. When asking support about quality they blame you for using the product you spent $200 on. Save yourself the time and money, buy shoes from a different brand that stands behind their product instead of blaming you as the consumer. I had a great experience visiting Thursday Boots Co. after flying up from Miami just to check out the store. Milo and Andrea were incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and welcoming. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience—definitely worth the trip
Great shoes, and lovely staff who are helpful and never pushy! I tried on 5-6 pairs of shoes and ended up buying a pair of loafers which I’m loving so far.
