The selection was great. Employees were friendly and had great recommendations; very approprochable. The quality of their boots are amazing with great prices to boot (no pun intended).
Glad they have a pop up store in the city. Phil helped me throughout the experience from understanding what shoe would suit my lifestyle to giving me tips for maintaining the pair of boots I finally purchased. Got my first pair, excited to see how it shakes out.
Milo was great and helped set me up with a pair of cowboy boots.
Finally able to check out the flagship store in NYC and try on some Thursday boots. I've purchased a couple pairs over the years and they are my daily wears. Thanks to the help of Myles and Andrea, I'm a proud owner of a third pair. Great customer service and experience!
