I paid full price expecting a brand-new pair of boots. What showed up looked like a returned pair that had been cleaned and resold. The problems were obvious immediately: sloppy welt finishing, slightly creased leather, dirt on the outsole and wedge, and an insole with a foot impression you could actually feel. The advertised tan color arrived as a reddish/pink clay tone — nowhere near what was shown in photos. Leather variation is normal, but this isn’t. I like the shoes… but this store never has any wides in my size. I’m continually referred to their website. Yeah… I already know about the website. I’m at the store to try them on because I don’t know what will or won’t work. Thursday needs to have wides available (at bare minimum to at least size people).
A complete waste of money. Customer service is slow and the return process is frustrating and not even worth doing over $200. I paid full price for new boots. I was sent boots with welt issues, creased leather, someone else's foot impression in the insoles, a dirty outsole and wedge, and a discolored, reddish/pink/clay colored pair of boots most likely from the boots being returned, and then cleaned and resold by Thursday. Phoebe went above and beyond, I was being so picky and particular about sizing since it was my first time in and she was so patient and kind helping me find my first ever pair of thursdays! I’m so thrilled!
