Cant say I would recommend to any military family with out of state taxes. I never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a tax professional until today. She called me cheap. Called me "lady" and hung up with me. I understand its tax day, but if the person I talked with on Friday said for me to call on Monday to decided how to proceed, then dont get mad if I decide your work was wrong?! if we had filed with her, we would have owed MN $700. it was their mistake, and she still thought I should owe her money... are you k... read more
