Do not use Bob Yates for possible violations of the Accountancy Act and allegations of unprofessional conduct. Complaints generally come from consumers, other state agencies and other CPAs. The most common allegations in a complaint are unauthorized use of the term accountant, unprofessional conduct in preparing tax returns and the issuance of substandard financial statements.

I was a staff member for 13 years and remain a friend and Client with multiple small businesses. When I decided to pursued my dreams; they all have been more than supportive. I couldn’t say enough about the Clarksville, Hopkinsville and Princeton teams! That just what they are! A great TEAM with high intelligence and superior customer service! Highly recommended!

We have been using Thurman Campbell (Jeff Proctor) for the last six or seven years now and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! Everyone I have dealt with in the Clarksville office has always been courteous and professional...especially Erin, she has gone above and beyond for us many times. I've never doubted any of their work for us and would recommend them to everyone!

Great company! The customer service is amazing and the prices are unbeatable. We used H&R in the past and paid close to $500.00. Now that we own a small business, it would of cost us more than what we are getting back. I highly recommend them for your tax needs.
