This business was hired to complete our personal taxes over one year ago. It took a year for the taxes to be completed. Because of the inefficiency of this office we now have an excessive tax bill to pay because of an error that could’ve been corrected a year ago had the taxes been filed on time. In addition we now have a penalty and interest to pay on the late taxes due to the reports not being filed on time. I am highly disappointed in this office’s ability to complete a simple tax return.
