Do not use this company. Their technology is behind. Don't allow them to draft money from your acct! They will take out more than owe! Very disappointed in this company!!!!
Scam Company. Worked with dealship to steal my money. Pretending to sale me a motorcycle and no paperwork ever processed. Bike still belonged to dealership. I paid down payment, tax, title and license and made my payments over a year and unable to ride the bike, No title, registration or original certificate of origin. Talked with my bank to pay the loan off, but freedom had no legal paperwork on the bike. Only had copy of certificate of origin. Buyers beware of this company.
Trying to log in is always a nightmare, I literally just reset my password, and it tells you exactly what your user name is (which is a 12 digit number that you cannot change because you are just a number to them) and I still cannot log in. Hold and response times are terrible and once you get ahold of someone service is mid tier at best. If you ever do get logged in you're met with a terribly designed website with mostly dead links.
