I am so pleased with the new memory care activities! I stop in and my mom is smiling and a busy bee. I want to thank Meg for the pictures she sends me of my mom in a variety of fun looking activities . It pretty amazing how she gets all of those people to join in all by herself. Keep up the good work!
Dining room service is abusive. I come down to order at the designated order area for take out. No one ever comes. I go to the nearest table. Wait another 20 minutes. Then another 15 minutes till I leave. Once again. There's no management in the kitchen it seems. I order room services getting $5 in delivery. Usually they make it if not I have to buy out. I no longer recommend this place to live. I had a nurse appointment. I didn't even get my food
Katey has been great help to us in finding a facility for my dad. We looked at a few places and the thing that stood out to us was people were happy and having a good time on our visit. While touring the facility with Katey residents were coming up to her and saying hi or being friendly. Fast forward to moving day, we were not equipped with broom and chairs until the furniture arrived and the front desk staff let us borrow chairs and a broom. Great experience thus far!
A big thank you to the activities team for all the hard work they put into tht Easter event. I leaned there is a new activities director who started a couple weeks ago. This is a big event for someone who just started. Our who family had a great time! The kids loved the petting zoo, seeing that bunny and the bunny hop contest was pretty cute. My uncle lives in assisted living here but not a big group joiner. He has been coming to activities! He told me Megan been training Ash to host activities on AL. He has been living here... read more
